For a long time, I listened to the media about weight loss instead of doing my own research. I worked out intensely, went vegan, and counted calories, which left me feeling tired, anxious, bloated and with imbalanced hormones and weight gain (ironic, isn’t it?). I’d had enough!
I pursued a B.S. in Physiological Science at UCLA to learn about the science of the body. Then, I went on to pursue a M.S. in Human Nutrition at Columbia University to learn how to use my scientific foundation to help people transform their lifestyles through nutrition.
I've now consolidated my 10+ years of nutrition study and clinical experience into a simple formula for fat loss that works and lasts!

To help you do this, we have a list of recommended and approved foods that are strategically picked in order to balance blood sugar and change how your body controls cravings and appetite.
